1. Pull: Use your opposite hand to gently pull your ear upward and outward to straighten the ear canal. This creates a clear path for inserting the earplug and ensures a proper fit. 

2. Insert: With the ear canal straightened, insert the rolled earplug into your ear canal with a gentle, twisting motion until it is snugly in place. 

3. Hold: Once inserted, hold the earplug in place for a few seconds to allow it to expand and conform to the shape of your ear canal. This ensures a secure fit and maximum noise reduction.
